Several companies in the US provide “Direct to Consumer” lab testing options where an order from a provider not needed. You are able to order and pay for your tests online, and then go to a local lab site for blood draw, saliva testing, urine collection, or whatever sampling is needed. These companies typically do not take insurance. This type of service is prohibited in some states; be sure to investigate prior to payment.

New Century Labs; https://www.newcenturylabs.com/ NCL is a Quest reseller that strives to be the low cost leader. The slightly clumsy, bare-bones website comes complete with typos and occasional outages, but my wife and I return because the prices are way better, customer service responsiveness has been good, and the local Quest office is closer than LabCorp for draws. Between us, we have completed 13 NCL orders between November 2016 and November 2018.

The site does not list all Quest tests; however, they are happy to add new ones upon request to customerservice@newcenturylabs.com. I just provide the test name and CPT code as found on the Quest Diagnostics Test Directory.
