Goal: Reduce stress
Approach: Personalized -- yoga or meditation or music, etc.
Rationale: Reduction of cortisol, CRF, stress axis.

Cortisol is a hormone released due to stress. CRF (corticotropin-releasing factor) Stress axis refers to our central stress response system, the hypothalamic, pituitary, adrenal (HPA) axis.
