The eighth intervention to reverse mild Alzheimer's in the Bredesen Protocol is:
- Goal: Serum B12 > 500
- Approach: Me-B12
Me-B12 (Methyl-Vitamin B12) also known as methylcobalamin 1mg/day reduces homocysteine.
Hint: When choosing Me-B12, look for the word "methylcobalamin" on the bottle, and avoid the word "cyanocobalamin" on the bottle [4].
